- Your required plan uses organization-wide 90-day average MRR and current installations across selected apps. MRR includes unselected apps; more than 1,000 installations requires Starter or higher. The number of apps itself is unlimited.
- The first 14 days are free with no card required. Afterwards, Free requires organization-wide 90-day average MRR below $1,000 and at most 1,000 current installations across selected apps.
- When your MRR or installation count changes your plan, the new price applies from the next invoice without proration. If you qualify for Free again, billing normally stops at the end of the current period.
- Yearly billing is 10 months of the monthly price. Payment is by credit card through Stripe. Prices include tax: customers in Japan pay the price including Japanese consumption tax, and customers outside Japan are not charged Japanese consumption tax.
- If you exceed the free limits, choose monthly or annual billing in Plan & billing. Without payment, new imports and AI are paused; saved reports remain available.
- After payment fails or the paid period ends, you can continue within Free if eligible. Otherwise, detailed imports, AI and other paid features pause, while saved reports, billing, Settings and sign-out remain available. Data retrieval needed for billing continues; updates resume after payment or verified eligibility for Free.
Prices are in USD and include tax. For customers in Japan, the price includes 10% Japanese consumption tax. Customers outside Japan are not charged Japanese consumption tax.
